Frequently asked

Does it cost anything?

Free. Fyt Gold is an optional subscription for extras, but nothing you have today moves behind a paywall.

Is my data safe?

Yes. No ads, no trackers, no data sales. Fyt reads your runs from the app or Apple Health and posts them to your group. That's it.

Read the full privacy policy.

What does the bot actually post?

Every run and gym session lands in your group with the essentials: distance, sets, calories, weekly progress. PRs and milestones get a callout. You control what's shared: hide your pace or keep any workout private.

DM anytime: "leaderboard", "weekly leaderboard", "stats", "who ran today".

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Your iPhone records everything, GPS included. Add an Apple Watch and you can start, save, or discard workouts from your wrist, with live heart-rate zones and rolling pace. Start a run on your phone and your watch joins in automatically.

Got Android friends in the group?

They see every post. Messages fall back to SMS for non-iPhone members, so the group stays unified.

Logging your own runs needs an iPhone today. SMS for Android runners is on the roadmap. Get notified when it launches.
